Please pray for us! I recently purchased a beautiful home in Lacombe, single mom with two beautiful children. 17 year old Stirlin and 5 year old Kaiya. Four months ago I let her dad know , he was fine with it. The only thing that would change is his visit schedule. The 2 days a month would be turned in 2 weeks in the summer and various weeks during the school year. My 17 year old and myself set out to move every from New Mexico to Lacombe. Upon arriving back to New Mexico Kaiyas dad met us with a motion to file for full custody. I under no circumstances want to keep Kaiya from her dad but he lives with his mom, an alcoholic, Kaiyas cousins, well their dad a registered sex offender. Not a place she should be in for long periods at a time. I will not allow him to force us to loose the home o worked so hard for and put so much thought and effort into. We are staying in an empty mobile home until its sale is complete and then staying with my mom until we can be seen in court. I now put all the money from the sale of my mobile home into lawyers. I am trying to get my old job back with the school in Bernalillo and we need all the prayers we can get. Kaiya myself and Stirlin are registered members of St. Louis cathedral. All we want as a family is to come home ! Please pray we have the strength, patience and love to get through these trying times.
